We know a change like this naturally comes with questions. You may be wondering what happens to your current service, whether anything you have already paid for will carry over, if you need a new account, or who you should call when you need help.

The most important thing to know is that your service is continuing. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible while continuing to provide the lawn and pest services you already rely on.

Will My Current Service Continue?

Yes. Your current service will continue without interruption.

If you already have services scheduled or paid for, they will remain in place. Your current pricing and service schedule will stay the same through the 2026 season.

There is nothing you need to rebook or repurchase.

Most of your service history and the details our team needs to properly care for your property will also move over with your account. We want this to feel like a continuation of the service you already know, not like you are starting over with a new company.

Do I Need a New Account or Login?

Yes, you will need to register your account.

Your Bee Green service information is being transferred into the Your Green Team system, but you will need to create an account with new credentials.

Any past balances or prepay credit balances will automatically transfer with your account. Your historical account information, service history, and any special instructions we have on file for your property will also transfer over.

If you have any trouble accessing your account, just give us a call. We will be happy to help get everything sorted out.
